Every election is important and this Republican primary election is no different, or is it?
For many years now, the Republican Party has been in an upheaval, dealing with the fact that it has been complicit with Democrats in leading the country down a dangerous path of unnecessary or irresponsible spending and increasing the national debt, amongst others, at the expense of the future of our children and grandchildren who will have to pay for the current folly. As a consequence, the Tea Party rose and joined with the Republican Party to forge a new consensus to change the course of the nation down a healthier and sustainable economic path. Nevertheless, the dialogue and debate internally has been strong, healthy and sometimes close to destructive and for good reason, this primary election is about the direction and character of the Republican Party and the nation.
There have been many who have driven this debate and two men in particular stand out amongst a respectable list of candidates: the former Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich and the former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney. Both men are proven leaders and have demonstrated great political skills and love of country in this campaign. Certainly, Mr. Gingrich presented significant points in terms of domestic and international policies and enhanced the political discourse. In terms of campaign platforms, both are more similar than not, embodying the best in current conservative debate but one candidate in particular stands apart in being the best prepared to run against President Barack Obama and that is Mitt Romney.
Mitt Romney has made significant accomplishments in both the public and private sector. He knows what is required to provide the appropriate environment to create jobs and build the foundation for entrepreneurial growth. As a fiscal conservative, Romney will provide the necessary leadership to bring back discipline to government spending, reform and simplify the income tax code, expand trade in the Americas, reform the broken immigration system and maintain national security not only through the military but through strong diplomatic initiatives that rewards friends and excludes enemies from this country’s bounty. He will return to the States much of the power that has been usurped by the federal government to best meet their needs.
For these reasons, DIARIO LAS AMERICAS recommends voting for Mitt Romney for the Republican primary of Florida, this Tuesday, January 31, 2012.

Men on the Moon!
Mormon Prophets claim
the moon is inhabited
As one of the foundational powerbrokers of the Mormon Cult, Romney, who serves as a BISHOP in the Mormon Cult, has declared that he loves his "church" and will never leave the Mormon Cult his family has been tied to for generations. In fact, tax returns show that Romney has given millions of dollars to the Mormon Cult in just the last year alone.
EVELIA1 2012-01-30, 14:36:50 Here is what Romney cult teaches about the moon: President Brigham Young not only taught the moon was inhabited, but the SUN as well. In a sermon delivered in the Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, President Young made these unbelievable statements: "Who can tell us of the inhabitants of this little planet that shines of an evening, called the moon?...when you inquire about the inhabitants of that sphere you find that the most learned are as ignorant in regard to them as the ignorant of their fellows. So it is in regard to the inhabitants of the sun. Do you think it is inhabited? I rather think it is. Do you think there is any life there? No question of it; it was not made in vain." (Journal of Discourses, vol. 13, p. 271)
